Return Eligibility
- We offer returns only for damaged products.
- Customers must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the customer must provide a clear and unedited package opening video showing:
- The sealed package
- The product being taken out
- The visible damage to the product
⚠️ No return requests will be accepted without a proper package opening video.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- If the return request is made after 7 days of delivery
- If the product is not damaged
- If the package opening video is missing, unclear, edited, or incomplete
- If the damage is caused due to customer handling
- For reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, wrong order placed by the customer, or size/variant issues
Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved after verification, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.
