Return Eligibility

  • We offer returns only for damaged products.
  • Customers must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the customer must provide a clear and unedited package opening video showing:
  • The sealed package
    • The product being taken out
    • The visible damage to the product

⚠️ No return requests will be accepted without a proper package opening video.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the return request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • If the product is not damaged
  • If the package opening video is missing, unclear, edited, or incomplete
  • If the damage is caused due to customer handling
  • For reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, wrong order placed by the customer, or size/variant issues

Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved after verification, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.
